Easy experience. Read the website, FOLLOW the DIRECTIONS, make an appointment. Easy and quick. The staff member(I’m sorry I didn’t get her name but she is going to school for bio-chem)that processed me was congenial and kind. She was great to work with! Well done New Brighton!

Nora in the passport office was absolutely amazing. Not only was she efficient, detail oriented, but this appointment was actually fun. She worked with our family of five and we were in and out of the office within 50 minutes. If I could give 10 stars, I would. Well done, New Brighton and A+ to Nora.

Met with Lorena. She was absolutely terrific in explaining the renewal process. Would also like to acknowledge how genuinely polite and professional she was. On a 10 scale I would rate Lorena a 10++.

Best customer service, they called the day before my appointment to ask if I had any questions. I was able to come in with the forms all ready to go and I was in and out in about 10 minutes. Way to go New Brighton Passport office for creating such a smooth customer experience!

Came for a passport appointment. The staff were ALL very kind, helpful, and fast! When I didn't have everything necessary they explained it AND let me come back in right away! This location is simply the best!
